Animal Policy

We believe in providing a good home for our residents and their families, and some families have animals. However, we do charge a non-refundable Animal Deposit in addition to monthly Animal Rent. More, we are required to ensure that our residents are responsible for their animals. For these reasons, we employ the following animal guidelines:

• No pet, animal, bird or other pet will be kept on the premises, even temporarily, without written permission.
• No animals over 25 lbs.
• No animals that are considered dangerous breeds, these include Pitbull (or any variant thereof), German Shepherd, Doberman Pincers, or Rottweilers.
• No dog should ever be kept on premises, even temporarily, that acts violently towards people or other animals
• Any dog that is permitted by the Landlord, in writing, to be kept on premises must always be kept with the following restrictions:
  • Dog owner should have current shot records on file with a vet.
  • Dog owner should never leave an animal chained up or tied up.
  • Dog owner should never leave an animal unsupervised in any portion of the yard for any period of time.
